After the success of last years event, we've upped the ante and found a cracking venue with a Bar!

Hosted at West Surrey Golf Club (GU8 5AF) which is walking distance to Milford (Surrey) train station, and led by Marcus Bawdon of Countrywoodsmoke, we'll tap into his knowledge of awesome BBQ.
The day will be focused on 'Winter BBQ', we'll be looking at what's best to cook up for Christmas and how to wow your guests with a little theatre.
We'll be using Traeger Wood Pellet Grills, The Fire-pits, and something a little special to really be the king of the grill.
We'll show you tips and tricks throughout the day, with the opportunity to ask questions, get hands on and immerse yourself in the world of 'Winter-que'. With Marcus, Traeger-Sam, Traeger-Alex and my goodself at hand. We'll be sure to make the day as informative and tasty as possible.
The day will be hands on with all of you helping to create a banquet in the early evening (5.30-7pm) for your 3 guests to come along and be treated to the food we've been prepping all day. Children welcome (do say if you need more than 3 spots at the banquet). You'll serve up a feast and be the host of your table.
It'll be a full on day with a mix of outdoor and indoor demos so dress appropriately.

The price includes the days tuition, food throughout the day, and the banquet in the evening. A separate bar is available for you to buy drinks for you and your guests.
