When will I get my order?
Orders are dispated promptly by DHL UK for smaller orders or by Palletways for Grills/ BBQ's and larger pellet orders.
If you select Next Working Day Delivery and order before 3pm we will dispatch that day for delivery the following day.
Other orders where you dont select to upgrade the delivery to next day are dispatched promptly and typically will be with you within a couple of days but please allow the 3-5 days stated.
Can I collect my order?
Short answer is Yes!
Select Collect/ local pickup in the shipping section,
Collection is Mon-Fri 10-4pm
Saturday by arrangement. Please call if you're in doubt
What are your Delivery Charges?
There is no minimum order value.
Orders over £50 get free 3-5 day delivery
Orders Under £50 theres a small delivery charge. (£4.95)
What is your Returns Policy?
We aim to please and can accept returns if the product is unopened and in the original packaging.
Please see the returns policy in the footer of every page. There are some exceptions and charges, so if in doubt please do call to make sure the product you are ordering is what you expect.
