The tear drop shape is specifically designed to improve the turning motion, and the entire blade is seamlessly pressed and welded to ensure a snag-free experience.

The perforated metal also allows excess flour to fall through, resulting in a delicious crust without any unwanted burnt taste. To further enhance control, the wooden handle is ergonomically designed, shifting the center of gravity closer to the hand.
