After using the Gozney Pizza Peel to place fresh pizza inside your oven, the Gozney Turning Peel makes sliding and turning pizza easy to do whilst cooking. 

Incorporating a slimline and circular stainless steel surface, with a weighted handle that can be grasped with both hands, the peel fits easily under a partially cooked dough base, giving the user maximum control over the peel and food in the oven.
