This Lamb Shish Marinade is rich and aromatic with authentic Turkish flavours. It is richer than our Chicken Shish Marinade and made with spices and herbs such as Rosemary & Cumin to complement red meat. Add 1 tsp of this marinade on approx 150g lamb and massage in; cook it on the BBQ, grill, or oven bake! Each jar contains approx eight servings. Try out alternative recipes by adding the marinade to a lamb shoulder or leg of lamb for an alternative to a normal Sunday roast.
