Turkey Brining Kit

Gear up for brining your Christmas turkey and more with this Big Bird Brining Kit.

This kit will get you started to achieve a tasty succulent bird, including a 20 litre brining bucket with lid, brine powder, marinade injector and garlic butter rub.

Elevate you Christmas Turkey with this Brining kit. Once you've tasted a brined turkey you'll be doing it every year. Achieve succulent juicy meat by brining your bird!

Once it's had a good soak, Pat dry with some kitchen roll and melt some butter and mix in a tablespoon or more (to taste) of the garlic butter rub.

Suck that up into the injector and inject the garlicy buttery mix into the breast, thighs and meaty bits of your bird.
