The THÜROS Charcoal Side Burner for THÜROS T2 is optimal when used in conjunction with a spit (S3535EFK or S3535EFH), a motor (MA3560) and a wind deflector (A3535E).

It mounts at the same place as the warming rack with one effortless movement. The spit fits the wind deflector's cutouts.

For best results, ignite charcoal or briquettes in a charcoal starter before placing them in the side burner.

To add embers, fill them into the top opening. Fire-resistant gloves should be used when refilling charcoal.

To avoid dripping, the THÜROS Drip Pan (FS3535E) can be used with the rotisserie, replacing the cooking grate and filling with water.
