The Napoleon 57cm Pro Charcoal Cart BBQ is a must for anyone wanting a premium kettle BBQ. The 57cm Pro is versatile and effective with amazing features to help create the perfect food every time.

The Pro Charcoal BBQ features an off centre hinged heavy gauge porcelain dome lid, meaning you do not have to find somewhere to hang this piece when trying to tend to your food. On the lid you will find the integrated Accu-Probe temperature gauge and Easy set control vent as well as Napoleon's new Vortex Heat Management System.

The Vortex heat management system improves convection within the grill for better searing and smoking as well as improved fuel efficiency. The stainless steel air vents will avoid corrosion giving long life to the Pro22 and giving you years of enjoyment with the brilliant gourmet kettle BBQ.

The Cart on the 57cm Pro Kettle features two rugged wheels and two lockable castors making it easy to move your BBQ to wherever the party is happening. A sturdy side shelf can be lifted into position to give you that much needed prep space and then be folded away for storage purposes.

The Napoleon 57cm Pro Kettle BBQ comes equipped with the extra heavy cast iron hinged cooking grate. This will hold heat perfectly making the cooking experience easy and enjoyable. The hinged function of the grate allows charcoal to be added to the bowl at any point. On top of this the grate can be moved up and down with a total of three cooking levels to bring the food closer or farther away from the flame depending on your preferred cooking method.

Indirect cooking could not be easier, with two charcoal dividers as standard. This makes the PRO22 Cart BBQ extremely versatile and ready for anything. Simply place your charcoal in the divider baskets and place them on either side of the charcoal grate with your food in the middle of the cooking grill. Set the temperature to low and the heat will gently circulate around the BBQ. This allows for slow cooking or smoking.

The integrated doors for temperature probes in the stainless steel ring, ensure that your cook will go exactly to plan. You can keep everything you need close at hand with the modular storage, tool hooks, and integrated rotisserie holder.
