Our 250g frozen dough balls are a 72 hour slow ferment, with the flavour notes of sourdough, but the rise and texture of a yeasted dough.
They are 72 hour slow ferment, frozen, & ready to go. Simply defrost, stretch out to 12-14" rounds, add your toppings & sling them in your Pizza oven... and devour.
The slow ferment will give the Neapolitan chew, the leopard spots and consistent results.
They are sent frozen & individually wrapped in biodegradable bags, and packaged in an insulated envelope with ice packs that you can reuse time and time again (if you refreeze them.. obvs!)
They may defrost in transit, which is fine- simply pop them in your freezer until you want to use them.
NB: These will not be sent out on a Friday for Monday- (only Mon, Tues, Wed, Thursday) Unless you select Saturday delivery.
Defrost for 4-5 hours (depending on ambient temperature) or defrost overnight in the fridge.
